Accountability is something every company hopes you embody, and when it comes down to it, it’s a behavioral trait that I’ve found a number of people struggle with.
It’s somehow easier to point fingers and blame someone when things don’t go as planned. Often, it is found that people who fail to take accountability, while not intending to be malicious, are stuck in a victim mentality and struggle to understand how they’ve contributed to the less-than-optimal outcome.
